ประวัติวัดเกษตรสมบูรณ์

1. ประวัติความเป็นมา :


แต่แรกเริ่มเดิมทีนั้น การทำบุญงานประเพณีหรือกิจกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา คุณะศรัทธาชาวบ้านบ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ ที่มีจิตเลื่อมใสเคารพศรัทธาและประพฤติปฏิบัติตามหลักธรรมคำสั่งสอนขององค์สมเด็จพระสัมมาสัมพุทธเจ้า ซึ่งได้ยึดถือปฏิบัติตามกันมาตั้งแต่บรรพบุรุษ ก็ยังคงได้ไปทำบุญกันที่วัดดอนมูล หรือบ้านโจ้โก้เก่า แต่เมื่อวันเวลาผ่านไป มีผู้คนพากันอพยพครอบครัวมาอยู่ยังหมู่บ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์แห่งนี้เพิ่มมากขึ้น และประชากรก็เพิ่มมากขึ้นเป็นเงาตามตัว ทางชาวบ้าน จึงมีการประชุมตกลงกันเพื่อที่จะขออนุญาตทางการ ที่จะทำให้ ชุมชนของตนเองตั้งขึ้นเป็นหมู่บ้านแห่งใหม่ โดยที่จะเลือกผู้นำขึ้นมาเพื่อ ปกครองหมู่บ้านของตนเอง เมื่อทางมติที่ประชุมได้เห็นสมควรแล้ว จึงได้แจ้งให้ทางราชการทราบ และตั้งชื่อชุมชนหรือหมู่บ้านนี้ว่า บ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ หมู่ที่ 15 ตำบลร่มเย็น อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา รหัสไปรษณีย์ 56110 เนื่องจากเห็นว่าสภาำพของหมู่บ้าน เป็นพื้นที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ ทั้งด้านข้าวปลาอาหาร ที่ทำกิน มีแม่น้ำไหลผ่าน สามารถทำการเกษตรได้ตลอดปี เมื่อได้ชื่อหมู่บ้านแล้ว ชาวบ้านได้พากันเลือกผู้ใหญ่ใหม่ โดยได้รับสมัครผู้ที่จะดำรงตำแหน่งเป็ฯ ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน มีผู้เข้าร่วมสมัครจำนวน 2 คน คือ นายเหลา รุ่งเรือง และ นายอินแสวง มาสุข ปรากฏว่า หลังการลงคะแนนเลือกตั้งโดยที่ทางการมาดำเนินการในการเลือกตั้ง ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ให้ ชาวบ้านโดยส่วนใหญ่ได้เลือกให้ นายอินแสวง มาสุข เป็นผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ปกครองบ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ หมู่ที่ 15 ต.ร่มเย็น อ.เชียงคำ จ.พะเยา เป็นคนแรก และทางการ ก็ได้แต่งตั้งให้ นายอินแสวง มาสุข เป็นผู้นำหมู่บ้านเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2533

เมื่อได้รับการตั้งให้เป็นหมู่บ้านที่ถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ตามที่ทางราชการกำหนด แล้ว ประกอบกับหมู่บ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ของเราก็มีประชากรมากพอสมควร อีกทั้ง การเดินทางไปทำบุญและกิจกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาที่วัดดอนมูลก็มีระยะทาง ค่อนข้างไกล ผู้สูงอายุ ก็ไม่ต้องการที่จะเดินทางไกล เพราะไปลำบาก อีกทั้งถนนหนทางในสมัยนั้น โดยเฉพาะฤดูฝนก็เดินทางลำบาก เพราะต้องผ่านหน้าป่าช้าประมาณ เกือบ 1 กิโลเมตร ชาวบ้านจึงได้มีการประชุมและตกลงกันว่าจะสร้างวัดใหม่ขึ้น มา เพื่อที่จะใช้เป็นวัดประจำหมู่บ้านของตนเอง เมื่อมีมติที่จะสร้างวัดขึ้นมา จึงได้พากันปรึกษาว่าจะสร้างที่ไหนกัน ดี ทางมติที่ประชุมจึงได้ตกลงที่จะเลือกที่ดิน ซึ่งเป็นที่ว่างเปล่า ไม่มีโฉนดที่ดิน แต่เป็นที่จับจองทำกินของชาวบ้าน ทางด้านทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของหมู่บ้าน เพื่อที่จะทำการก่อสร้างเป็นวัดกัน

เมื่อหาสถานที่ได้แล้ว จึงได้ช่วยกันหาปัจจัย เพื่อที่จะทำการซื้อที่ดินดังกล่าว จากเจ้าของที่ดินที่ได้จับจองกันไว้แต่ เดิม จึงได้จัดผ้าป่าสามัคคีกันขึ้น ซึ่งจากการนำโดยกลุ่มหนุ่มสาวที่ไปทำงานที่ กรุงเทพมหานครและที่อื่นๆ เมื่อได้ปัจจัยมาพอสมควร จึงได้มีการตกลงซื้อ ที่ดินดังกล่าวมาเป็นสมบัติของหมู่บ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่ จะสร้างขึ้นเป็นวัด และเป็นสถานที่ประกอบกิจกรรมและพิธีกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา

ชาวบ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ ต่างร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันสร้างสำนักสงฆ์เกษตรสมบูรณ์ เมื่อ พ.ศ. 2534

เมื่อความพร้อมเพรียงทั้งทางด้านสถานที่ และพลังศรัทธา คณะศรัทธาพ่อแม่พี่น้องบ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ทุกคน จึงได้พร้อมใจกันเริ่มก่อสร้างวัดเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2534 เป็นต้นมา เนื่องจากไม่มีงบประมาณเพียงพอที่จะสร้างวัดด้วยวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยคงทน ถาวร ชาวบ้านจึงสร้างด้วยแรงศรัทธาที่มีต่อพระพุทธศาสนา ด้วยการช่วยกันลงทุนลง แรง ไปหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่พอจะหาได้จากธรรมชาติ เช่น ไม้ไผ่ หญ้าคา ใบไม้ (ใบตองตึง) ไม้รวก ต้นไม้ ไม้บง เป็นต้น ฯลฯ ที่พอจะหาได้จากภูเขาใกล้ๆหมู่บ้าน มาช่วยกันก่อสร้างวัด โดยช่วยกันลงมือไม่มีค่าจ้างกันแต่อย่างใด ทั้งเด็กเล็ก คนหนุ่มสาว พ่อบ้านแม่เรือน ผู้เฒ่าผู้แก่ ต่างก็ช่วยกันด้วยจิตศรัทธาที่มั่นคงต่อพระพุทธศาสนาอย่างแท้จริง1

หลังจากที่สำนักสงฆ์ว่างลง เนื่องจากไม่มีพระภิกษุมาจำพรรษา ณ อารามแห่งนี้ ท่่านหลวงพ่อพระครูขันติวชิรธรรม เจ้าคณะตำบลร่มเย็นในสมัยนั้น (ปัจจุบัน พ.ศ. 2552 ท่านได้ดำรงตำแหน่งรองเจ้าคณะอำเภอเชียงคำ) ท่านได้เมตตาแวะเวียนมา เยี่ยม และให้ความดูแลเอาใจใส่และให้ความอนุเคราะห์แก่สำนักสงฆ์เกษตรสมบูรณ์เป็น อย่างดี

หลัง จากที่หลวงพ่อคำปัน ท่านได้ขอลาชาวบ้านที่เคารพศรัทธาและนับถือท่านกลับไป บ้านเกิดของท่าน ทำให้สามเณรที่ติดตามท่านมาจากจังวัดน่าน และเด็กวัด 2 คน "ขะโยม" ก็ได้เดินทางไปพร้อมกับท่านด้วย ทำให้สำนักสงฆ์ว่างลงไม่มี ใครอาศัยอยู่ มีเพียงผู้เฒ่าผู้แก่ ไปนอนเฝ้าสำนักสงฆ์อยู่หลายคืน ดังนั้น ชาวบ้านจึงมีความคิดที่จะนำลูกหลานของชาวบ้านเอง เข้ามาบรรพชา เป็นสามเณรให้ประจำอยู่ที่สำนักสงฆ์แห่งนี้ เมื่อที่ประชุมตกลงกันแล้ว ก็ได้พากันนำขบวนไปติดตามหาเด็กวัด 2 คน ที่ติดตามหลวงพ่อคำปันไป ซึ่งท่านได้พาไปฝากอยู่หลายที่ ทั้งที่ วัดผาหลัก อำเภอสองแคว จังหวัดน่าน จังหวัดเชียงราย ที่วัดอาจารย์เมืองใจ และที่วัดดงสุวรรณ อำเภอจุน จังหวัดพะเยา และสุดท้ายท่านก็ำพามาบ้านเกิดของท่านที่บ้านแวนโค้ง โดยได้ พักอยู่ที่วัดแวนโค้ง ตำบลน้ำแวน อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา โดยที่ขบวนรถของชาวบ้านได้มาเจอเด็กวัดทั้งสองที่วัดแวน โค้ง และขอตัวกลับไปยังสำนักสงฆ์เกษตรสมบูรณ์ เพื่อที่จะให้บรรพชาเป็นสามเณร และช่วยดูแลรักษาสำนักสงฆ์แห่งนี้ ซึ่งผู้ ที่บรรพชาเป็นสามเณรรุ่นแรกของสำนักสงฆ์แห่งนี้คือ สามเณรวุฒิพงศ์ หอมนาน "น้อยโรง" ปัจจุบันลาสิกขาแล้ว และสามเณรสงกรานต์ มาสุข "ตุ๊แดน" และได้ประกอบพิธีกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ทำการบรรพชาเป็นสามเณร เมื่อวันที่ 16 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2536 โดยพระเถรานุเถระมาร่วมพิธีกรรมทางศาสนา งานบรรพชาสามเณรในครั้งนี้ ดังนี้

เมื่อมีสามเณรมาอยู่จำพรรษา ณ สำนักสงฆ์แห่งนี้แล้ว ประกอบกับในปีนี้ทางวัดคุ้ม ตำบลร่มเย็น อำเภอเชียงคำ จังหวัดพะเยา ได้ทำการอุปสมบทพระภิกษุจำนวนหลายรูปด้วยกัน ทางหลวงพ่อ พระครูขันติวชิรธรรม เจ้าอาวาสวัดหนองร่มเย็น เจ้าคณะตำบลร่มเย็นในสมัยนั้น (ปัจจุบัน พ.ศ. 2552 ดำรงตำหน่งรองเจ้าคณะอำเภอเชียงคำ) ได้มีเมตตาส่ง พระสมพร อัคคปัญโญ (เข็มทอง) ซึ่งเป็นชาวบ้านคุ้ม ให้มาดูแลและจำพรรษายังสำนักสงฆ์แห่งนี้ และในปีต่อๆ มาก็มีสามเณรบรรพชาต่อเนื่องตามมาทุกๆปี จนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน

พ.ศ. 2536 - พ.ศ. 2539 หลังจากที่ พระสมพร อัคคปัญโญ ได้มาอยู่ยังสำนักสงฆ์เกษตรสมบูรณ์แล้ว ท่านเป็นพระที่ขยันขันแข็ง ได้ทำหน้าที่เจ้าสำนักสงฆ์เป็นอย่างดี ได้ปฏิบัติศาสนกิจมิได้ขาด เป็นที่รักของชาวบ้าน นอกจากนั้นแล้วท่านยังได้นำคณะสามเณรและเด็กวัด ร่วมกันทำความสะอาด ตัดต้นไม้ ขุดตอต้นยูคาลิปตัสออก ทำให้วัดสะอาดสะอ้านน่าอยู่ บรรยากาศวัดขณะนั้น เต็มได้ด้วยต้นเฟื้องฟ้าที่ออกดอกสวยงาม ต่อมาท่านก็ได้รวบรวมญาติโยม จัดงานทำบุญทอดผ้าป่าสามัคคี ได้รวบรวมปัจจัย ทั้งจากผู้ผู้มีจิตศรัทธา และการบริจาคของชาวบ้าน ได้นำคณะศรัทธาชาวบ้าน สร้างกุฏิที่พักสงฆ์ และสร้างศาลาการเปรียญ เพื่อใช้เป็นที่ประกอบพิธีกรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา ทดแทนกุฏิหญ้าคาหลังเก่า และอุโบสถหญ้าคา ซึ่งชำรุดทรุดโทรมเป็นอย่างมาก ต่อมาเมื่อสร้างศาลาการเปรียญเสร็จเรียบ ร้อย ท่านก็ได้ลาสิกขา3

พ.ศ. 2541 - ปัจจุบัน เมื่อพระชัด แจ้งสว่าง ได้ลาสิกขาออกไปแล้ว ก็ว่างจากการมีพระภิกษุอีกครั้งหนึ่ง ซึ่งทำให่ชาว บ้านได้ประชุมตกลงกันที่จะไปอาราธนาพระสงฆ์ให้มาอยู่จำพรรษาให้ ได้ และเป็นที่โชคดีของชาวบ้าน ที่ได้ทราบข่าวว่า ทางวัดร้องใหม่ ต.ร่มเย็น อ.เชียงคำ จ.พะเยา ได้มีพระภิกษุจำนวน 2 รูป ทำให้ชาวบ้านได้ไปอาราธนา พระอธิการจเร กิตติวัณโณ นามสกุล แว่นไหว ซึ่งเดิมทีท่านเป็นคน บ้านห้วยอ้อ ต.ปาน อ.ลอง จ.แพร่ บิดาชื่อนายศรีนวล แว่นไหว มารดาชื่อนางแก้ว แว่นไหว ที่จำพรรษาอยู่ที่วัดร้องใหม่ ให้มาจำพรรษาที่สำนักสงฆ์เกษตรสมบูรณ์ ท่านก็ได้รับอาราธนาด้วยความเต็มใจ และตั้งสัจจะอธิษฐานว่า ขออยู่พัฒนาสำนักสงฆ์แห่งนี้ ณ ที่นี้จนสิ้นลมหายใจ"

เมื่อ พระอธิการจเร กิตติวัณโณ ได้ย้ายมาจำพรรษายังวัดเกษตรสมบูรณ์แห่งนี้ ท่านก็ได้ตั้งใจพัฒนาดูแลรักษา วัดเป็นอย่างดี และได้นำคณะศรัทธาชาวบ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ และท่านผู้มีจิตศรัทธาทั่วไป สร้างอุโบสถขึ้นมาหลังหนึ่ง เพื่อใช้เป็นสถานที่ประกอบพิธีกรรมทางคณะสงฆ์ และใช้ประกอบพิธีกรรมทางพระ พุทธศาสนา โดยได้เริ่มก่อสร้างมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2541 จนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน พ.ศ. 2548 ก็สำเร็จเสร็จสิ้น แต่ยังไม่สามารถที่จะผูกพัทธสีมาได้ เนื่องจากกำลัง อยู่ในขั้นตอนของพระราชทานวิสุงคามสีมาอยู่

ภาพด้านในอุโบสถหลังใหม่ และในปัจจุบัน ได้อัญเชิญพระประธานมาอยู่ด้วยกันถึง 3 องค์

เมื่อสร้างอุโบสถเสร็จแล้ว พระอธิการจเร กิตติวัณโณ ก็ได้นำคณะศรัทธาญาติโยม นำโดย นายเหลี่ยม รุ่งเรือง ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน บ้านเกษตรสมบูรณ์ ได้ไปอัญเชิญพระประธาน ซึ่งพระเดชพระคุณ พระราชพัฒนโสภณ เจ้าอาวาสวัด ชิโนรสารามวรวิหาร แขวบ้านช่างหล่อ เขตบางกอกน้อย กรุงเทพมหานคร ท่านได้จัดสร้างโดยได้เชิญเสด็จ สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดา เจ้าฟ้ามหาจักรีสิรินธร รัฐสีมาคุณากรปิยชาติ สยามบรมราชกุมารี "สมเด็จพระเจ้าลูกเธอ เจ้าฟ้าสิรินธรเทพรัตนสุดา กิติวัฒนาดุลโสภาคย์" ได้เสด็จมาทรงเป็นพระธานในพิธีเททองหล่อ ณ วัดชิโนรสารามวรวิหาร เมื่อเสร็จแล้วได้พระราชทานตามวัดต่างๆ ทางวัดเกษตร สมบูรณ์เราก็ถือว่าโชค ดี ที่ได้รับพระราชทานพระประธานมาไว้ที่วิหารวัดของเรา

ฐาน ชุกชีใหม่ที่สร้างขึ้นถวายโดยคณะผ้าป่า คุณแม่เฮียง แซ่เจีย คุณสุัภชัย วิวัฒนะประเสริฐ และ คุณธนพร พิชญาจิตติพงษ์ เป็นจำนวนปัจจัยทั้งสิ้น 431,219 บาท ทางวัดเกษตรสมบูรณ์ ก็ต้องขออนุโมทนาบุญมา ณ โอกาสนี้ด้วย

2. สภาพทั่วไปของหมู่วัดเกษตร สมบูรณ์ :

เป็นสำนักสงฆ์ที่ความสงบร่มรื่น มีวิวทิวทัศน์สวยงามใกล้ภูเขา เป็นสถานที่สัปปายะเหมาะแก่การประพฤติปฏิบัติธรรมเป็นอย่างดียิ่ง
